What is Marketing Mix Modelling and how is it different from my current attribution?

MMM is an econometric approach that models the relationship between your business outcomes (revenue, new customers, orders) and all the variables that drive them — simultaneously. Unlike MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution), which depends on cookies, pixels, and user consent, MMM works from your aggregated business data. It captures the impact of every channel, including TV, out-of-home, dark social, and offline — none of which standard tracking tools can see.

Why do I need 2 years of data?

MMM needs enough historical data to detect seasonality cycles, identify the true effect of promotions and holidays, and separate genuine marketing lift from external noise. Two full years of trading data gives the model enough signal to produce reliable, statistically significant results. Businesses with less data will see lower accuracy.

Is my data secure? Who can access it?

Your data is processed in an entirely isolated environment. It is never shared with third parties, never used to train shared models, and never accessible to other clients. How does this integrate with Shopify?

How long does it take to get results?
